Starting from the effective lagrangian for QCD at high energy we calculate the lowest perturbative contributions to the classical potential of a relativistic nucleus and compare our results to those derived by Kovchegov in Ref.[3]. We find that our results differ from the classical potential already at order g. Therefore the usage of the effective lagrangian for high energy QCD should allow for a significant and systematic improvement of the semi-classical approach followed so far. e-mail: [email protected] On leave of absence from Soltan Institute for Nuclear Studies, Warsaw
